  16.     I'm going to set up a serial network with my A2000 & A1200. I want to
  17.     get access of the data stored on my lovely old "dinosaur" called A2000,
  18.     which is located in th basement of my house, with my A1200 via SERNET
  19.     located in the 2nd floor.
  20.  
  21.     I just want to know, if I can use a serial cable including RTS/CTS lines
  22.     with the length of nearly 30 meters for this. I have heard that a serial
  23.     connection has the big advantage of working on long distances, too.
  24.  
  25.     Is it possible to connect two Amigas with their standard serial ports
  26.     on this distance without installing additional hardware like amplifiers ?
